I loved the historic charm of this hotel, especially the beautiful old stairs. The room rates were very reasonable and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The complimentary coffee in the lobby and in-room was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff did all they could with what they had. The staff was very helpfull and enjoyable to work with.
1.I reserved a room for 2 nights. When I got to the hotel, they had listed me for 1 night and had to scramble to find a room for me. This room was at a higher rate. The rooms furnaces did not work. I was transfered to another room. This room 's toilet ran (noisy)constantantly. I put ear plugs in to sleep at night.

Rate and downtown proximity.
Old world charm is borderline too old. The Legacy is a little musty and tired. If I had to pay any more than $90/night, I would really start questioning my stay.

Old style building with charm. Good character and lots of wood. Equipped rooms with everything needed. Friendly staff and helpful service. Convenient downtown location. Nice view of the street. Fresh-smelling room and clean bedding. Good value for the price
Nothing bad to say.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the State Capitol and the area we were visiting. We even enjoyed a bike ride nearby on a scenic path. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the street. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. Although there was no breakfast available during our stay due to renovations, the front desk clerk was kind enough to recommend nearby restaurants.
There were some issues with cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The staff was incredibly attentive, and our room had excellent AC. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. We appreciated having the option to have a room with its own king-size bed.
Towels could be a bit bigger and fluffier.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, especially considering the affordable price. The location was perfect for my business meetings, with easy access to major highways.
The maintenance and cleaning of the hotel could use some improvement. the noise level was higher than I anticipated, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The parking was very convenient and the hotel had a great location. Plus, the exterior was pleasing to the eye.
The interior of the hotel was a disaster. the room I booked wasn't available when I got there, and the room they put me and my friends in was definitely not up to par.
